Saturday, August 11th will be the 2 person team competition day and Sunday, August 12th will be the individual competition.
... Scaled, Rx, and Masters Rx. Goddess Games 2017 registration is still open, but there's limited capability for team competition and the individual competition is over half full. Workouts are posted and this event will help the Charlotte Rescue Mission's program Dove's Nest. August 19th and 20th at CrossFit Northlake.

Started off the day in a funk.
